Service Description
Low impact, moderate intensity cardio using light weights and interval training inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates to unblock energy channels. Class starts with mindful meditation and ballet-inspired warm up to activate glutes and core. Each class includes 2-3 low impact cardio bursts and 1-2 light weight segments to keep the heart rate up and the energy of the midline of the body is flowing. With the target being the core, pelvic floor and hip mobility maintenance, it's nice to finish class with deep stretches and moving meditation.

Thank you for booking your class with 8th Element Yoga! Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this time your credit card or pass will be charged for the class. IMPORTANT: If you are feeling unwell and/ or have any cold or flu symptoms, please do not attend the class. If you require a late cancellation for this reason, please email us or send a notification through the FIT app.
