Our Method

Calm Your Mind

We know that breath is life. Meditation & Pranayama (breathing) practices  help calm the nervous system and lower blood pressure. Intentional breathing and meditation practices can improve mental focus and help reduce stress and anxiety for better sleep and less reactivity to challenging situations.

Nourish Your Body

Our bodies often reflect what we think and how we feel. A regular yoga practice offers a range of movements, breathwork and stretches that build strength and flexibility from the inside out. The physical goal of yoga is  to optimize balance and  functional range of motion to support a sense of vitality in daily activity.

Honour Your Self

Practicing yoga creates the time and space to slow down and become more aware of your deepest wisdom, thoughts and feelings, and  how your body feels. Making time to cultivate awareness of the connection between your thoughts and physical sensations can positively influence your overall health and wellbeing.

Pre-Registered Series & Drop-In Classes

Join Cheryl & Tracy for our 2nd Annual Winter Solstice event to celebrate the return to longer days in this 90min Restorative Yoga class with gentle movement, gong sound bath and meditation.

Limited to 18 clients | All props provided | FREE parking in our lot just north of the HUB (access off 2nd Avenue)
