


Hatha Flow
Breath-focused movement with shorter held stretches
Service Description
This all level class incorporates more movement with breath and less time holding stretches than a Hatha class. The pace can be slow to moderate as participants move from one position to the next using their breath, but not as fast-paced as a Vinyasa class. Some clients consider it very relaxing, moving mediation, and is great for those who find holding a position for long periods of time challenging. Intensity Level: Low to High depending on the participant’s mobility and modifications used. Participants should be able to get up and down from their mat easily.
