Long-held supported stretching to release tight bodies.
Service Description
This class focuses on deeper stretching of the body including fascia, tendons and ligaments, using a range of props to support various positions. Stretches are held for several minutes to allow the body to release. Intensity Level: Moderate to High depending on how many props are used. Clients should be able to get down on the floor. IMPORTANT: Yin Yoga is not recommended right after active movement such as running or Flow Yoga classes, etc. or for those with hypermobility, acute joint injuries, or in active recovery from surgeries. Please consult with your health care provider if you have any questions or concerns about the appropriateness of this class for your body and health goals.

IMPORTANT: If you are feeling unwell and/ or have any cold or flu symptoms, please do not attend the class.
