Slower-paced, lower intensity positions and stretches with props for support
Service Description
Slower-paced practice, with less intense positions, use of props for support and shorter hold times reducing strain on muscles and joints. Positions can be standing or seated with slower transitions between positions and a focus on low intensity stretching. This class can also focus more on breath work, relaxation and meditation depending on the instructor. Intensity level: Very Low to low-moderate depending on the participant’s mobility and modifications. Participants should be able to get up and down from their mat with minimal assistance.
